Catriona leaned their hip against the flickering console. Three entire days worth of genetic sequencing and tumor risk assessments were finally coming to fruition. Bathed in low violet-crimson light, the lab appeared to be in perpetual twilight. Screens occasionally made beeps, standing out from the background with faint glowing cyan lights.
The horned doctor stood to the side of the slab where Hybex lay. A single finger dances across a display before landing on a single button. Putting pressure against the singular neon green, a needle jabbed down from the restraint, and into Hybex's bicep. It's not even a second later before the restraints pull back into the table. The lights dimmed around him.
Hybex would begin to feel the surge of consciousness return to him.
"Hybex, if you can hear me, I need you to do something. Raise your hand for me, please?" Catriona idly asks of him, various genetic data scrolling up their dark sclera as they glance up at him, "We don't have enough time to get you through rehab. There's been a security breach-- And I haven't heard from the task force in some time."

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Hybex's body laid limp on the operating table for mere moments. A jolt of cold rushed in through his veins and traveled to his brain making the hairs on his body stand up. Hearing the docs voice echo in his head Hybex's body fidgeted and twitched muscles spasming just for his body to relax. The giants right hand clutching into a fist before splaying out against the table."I'm up."
Those cold and empty eyes slowly peeled open taking a look around the low lit room surrounding him. Everything was blurry, With a quick shake of the head he regained a slightly clearer view. With a low grunt he forced himself into a sitting up position then transferred his weight to one side adjusting to stand upright.
With little effort he lifted both his arms. Rotating his left shoulder then the right before giving a 'go time' Clap with his hands."Give me time frames."

"You've been injected with a steriod designed with your phsyiology in mind. Massages have kept your muscles from atrophying faster than they would've during your induced coma." Catriona regales, rather quickly, as they start typing something out on the console they stand at, "At around... Oh-hundred hours, we had a perimeter alarm go off."
A sigh left Catriona's lips. Knitting to the side, they weren't about to admit that leaving Sheffeld temporarily was a bad idea. They pinched their nose and slowly shook their head, "They've gone dark for around an hour now. The security detail hasn't called in, so I haven't put any calls out. I don't know if they have access to the security feeds or not."
"You have a tail, now." Catriona gestures to the massive thing placed above the man's rump, "It has a barb to your specifications. I had the time to graft in specialty joints. The toxins should be... Very painful, but won't kill anyone, granted that you don't send them into shock. I'd suggest getting familiar with it, if things are bad."

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Hybex let out a rather quiet groan as he twists his body before getting in some leg stretches Leaning down low and pushing his legs out as far as he can before bouncing back up to his feet. "Right. Stab for beddy by time."- He takes a look around to see if their position has been compromised by the camera feeds or if there was any cameras.
As Hybex took a quick check around the ceiling he tried to focus on moving and using his new appendage. Of course it wasn't so smooth at first, The tail smashing and flaying about before going into a relaxed curl hovering just above the floor. With another good try he was able to coil his tail around a monitor then squeeze. "Well lets get on with this. They are probably scanning for us now. And... Escape is probably cut off."
Relaxing his tail and dropping it down to a close curl once more he motions for the hermetic slide-lock door. "Who has come knocking this time is the.. Real question."

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Speak of the devil, and he will come. Hybex's tail begins to motion towards the slide-lock door, but it's almost an immediate reaction that the both of the occupants' ears begin to fill with ringing. A c4 charge sent splintering fragments outwards, warping the metal of the door. Almost immediately, Catriona ducks into cover behind the console, covering both ears with their hands in some vain attempt to try and preserve a modicum of hearing.
"Oy! Fuckin' hell! Skaz is gonna pay f'er that one." A voice cries out in a very familiar accent: Ayrish. Why would they come all the way here? "Was a dud. Got anymore, O'Neill?"
The lights in the room went out. The spinning, yet mild, shrapnel was enough to lacerate computer monitors and sever crucial wiring. This bathed the lab in almost complete darkness, lit by the odd remaining terminal, and the occasional spark of wiring. One could see movement of vague shadows behind the half-mangled door, some holes offering vague promises of figures just behind.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Hybex took cover behind the splicing slab that was his bed while he was in the procedural coma. He was used to this now. Every so often people had bad blood with his asset. His eyes narrowed as he tried to keep watch on the door. It wasn't gonna hold. His leg muscles contracted and tightened as he readied himself for a pounce on the first person through the door when the time came.
"Nahs, Gots me a sledge though'!" The voice replied to the call out. Hybex's ears were ringing still but he could make out just the tones of the voices still. Soon they both saw the door starting to shake and vibrate. Once hearing was back it was followed by loud clangs.
Hybex's gaze shifted towards Catriona. They probably couldn't hear still. Those eyes then shot back to the door. His mind was racing. Adrenaline was beginning to take course now. Those blue irises dilating.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
The slamming of steel against steel could be heard. The smell of jet fuel filled the lab. Whatever device they were using to break through what remained of the door was propelled by flames. An orange halo surrounded the opening of what was left behind from it all. At first, there was no-one in the person-sized opening. There was a long pause, some awkward shuffling, before a figure darted into the room, flanked by two more. They were lightly armored: Nothing more than ballistic vests over civvie clothes. One was bearing a sledgehammer, while the other two were wielded submachineguns primed to fire.
There was an opening. Hybex could easily see that one lost her footing near the entrance, skewing her off course with the rest of the team. If he was any less dillegent, he would've lost track of her, but the odds were instead in his favor. Her gaze was foceused away from him, trained towards her comrades as she attempted to round the sides.
She was wide open to be attacked, as she passed where Hybex once laid.

Without a seconds hesitation the large being flung himself at her with arms sprung forward towards the weapon. His tail instinctively went into a defensive curl. With all of his mass slamming into the merc they were both quickly grounded. But before a shot was fired Hybex's stinger pierced deep into her stomach. His hands ripping the Subgun from her quickly weakening grip.
Time seemed to stand completely still for Hybex as he aimed the compact small arm at her companions and let loose with concentrated fury.

(Reaction check: 3,4,1) FAIL+SUCCESS+CRIT FAIL = FAILURE
The woman screamed. Her eyes widened as the stinger pierced her stomach, and the toxin began to set in. Her lips began to foam as she screeched, hands already dropping the subgun as Hybex began to make his assault. By the time that the augmented man was done with her body, she was hanged over the slab. A shout sounded by one of the men as they readied their armaments, a shotgun blast giving the woman a gaping hole where her chest once was.
The corpse slipped from the man's stinger as the hail of bullets pierced the air, gyrogets cutting through air and filling it with smoke. The man that missed the shot was riddled with bullets, clattering backwards, and slamming against a console. The man with the propelled sledgehammer readied himself, charging at Hybex, but by the time he got two steps in, a straight line from his chest upwards were littered with bullets. A staggered corpse slumped onto the tiles.
Catriona's head peeked up from under the desk they had taken cover behind, "We need a few more minutes-- They've corrupted... Something!" They shout, fingertips tapping away at their handheld as they attempt to download a database's information into an unsecured datapad.
Hybex was able to see something get tossed through the gaping metallic maw. A grenade billowing out smoke was filling the room. Lines of red lasers began to fill the room as Ayrish-accented commotion filled the corridor outside. Catriona's fingers were already on their holdout flintlock, preparing for the worst.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Hybex's eyes darted down to the grenade but marked it off as a non-lethal threat material. "We might not have minutes, Fast as you can please." He then grabbed the sledge wielders fresh corpse using his burly left arm to hoist the new shield up to torso level. Right hand now occupied with the Subgun. "ALRIGHT YOU COCKSWABS! HYBEX IS READY!"
As the lasers started poking through the gaping hole in the now compromised door he pulled the body closer to himself. Then piled on through to meet with whatever was on the outer workings.

(COMPUTERS CHECK: 5: SUCCESS)
Catriona wasn't gifted with computers. Matter of fact, in most cases, they would be considered somewhat illiterate with code. But their eyes furrowed, and their hands reached forward. They remembered something during the company meeting during the explanation of security features: There was always a secondary backup. They pulled the cables from the terminal, disconnecting it from the power grid and began fishing within the sparking innards.
Hybex entered the hallway. Five men were standing with weapons primed: Unready for what they saw. Like a wraith out for revenge, the first thing that graced their irises were the remains of one of their comrades, brutally gored. They committed the singlemost lethal sin in open combat: Hesitating.
Only one opened fire. The closest one was a young blonde man wielding a PDU, firing wildly against the shield, rather than the person using the corpse as such. A scream left his lips by the time that the ouline of the figure of Hybex shadowed over him. Hybex would find that not only did he have time to react, he had taken the advantage by shock alone. Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
As Catriona fished around inside the terminals tower block they found a second lead wire heading for the databanks across the room. As it had a different look and feel to the rest of the wires and electronic cable lines. This was flat and had a carbon fiber threading around it. Bingo. Now all they had to do was snap it into their data pad.
Once the line was connected a new screen popped open. //would you like to sync this computer to: DATAHUB-9/Genetics? Y/N.
Hybex tucked himself against the corpse as to make sure all the rounds hit his intended shield. After he heard the audible clicking from the gun The beast of a combatant then tossed the young man his friend's now riddled and gore dripping body. On a quick pivot footing Hybex snapped around to the others belting concise short bursts into each opponents center of mass. Pressing the attack by walking as he took those surgical shot groups.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Adrenaline pumped through Hybex's system. His body was far clunkier than he remembered, but at the same time, that very same mass contained such strangely deft movements. His powerful arms were able to control recoil obscenely well, making an almost perfect straight line upwards from the first man's chest. By the time that Hybex moved on to the next body, he could see in the corner of his eyes, the former body of the one he just killed split down the center like a blooming flower-- As though a circular saw had been dropped on his head.
The rest began to fire back, but by the time that fingers could slip down far enough to engage the trigger mechanism, the crimson mist was intermingling with the smoke, shaking hands unable to stop the onslaught. The returning fire was brief, erratic, and completely confused by the brazen show of augmented prowess. The Ayrish were prepared for conventional security forces: Not beasts of nature that had their entire genetic code altered.
(RETALIATION: 2d6= 2, 3 (FAILURE, FAILURE) FAILURE)
The screams in the hallway were enough to signal to Catriona that the situation was at least mildly under control. Catriona's lips knit to the side, brow sweating up a storm. Their finger tapped 'Y' on the screen, as the data transfer blipped over almost instantly. Reaching further within the mechanism, they grasped at wires, before coming across a hard metal box, likely made EMP-resistant. Disconnecting it from the wires, they pulled it out.
The men lay dead on the ground before Hybex. His gun was now dry of ammunition. The distant sound of footsteps could be heard... This time, far heavier than the last. He could practically smell the heavy armor that they wore. It wasn't long before the end of the hallway was blocked by large figures, each bearing high-caliber automatic rifles. They opened fire into the corridor, blasting into the smoke, LMG rounds slicing through interior plating and ruining the room behind Hybex.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Hybex ducked down from the heavy fire snapping and slicing through the air around him. He was no longer human in thought pattern now that adrenaline and combat training kicked in he was a force of handcrafted combat hardened nature. As they kept firing at torso height he tucked himself inward. Rolling into the group of gored bodies he just eradicated from existence. Picking up their weapons just to proceed with violence. In each hand he now had his tools. Firing off at the armored foes not for torso but at their legs and feet.

Like some kid had their fingers sliding the dimmer switches in a house. Soon it went to complete darkness. The visitors had control of the systems now. And they just shut all the lights off.
All that could be heard outside was heavy clangs of large caliber bullets ripping and shredding metal followed up by returned gunfire. This was getting ugly for the opposing force very quickly it seemed.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Insanity was pouring out from the halls outside. Every pulse of gunfire an affirmation of life: Catriona knew that the world outside was struggling against Hybex. Fingers slipped beneath the terminal's databank, clearly labelled 'DATAHUB-9'. Tugging back, Catriona would hear a distinct click. Eyes widening, it came loose easier than expected. Slipping the hard-drive between their hip and their arm, their eyes shot up, wincing with every pulse of firearm discharge.
Part of them was horrified of the thing they had just created. Another part? Felt like Icarus, moments before touching the sun itself.
Bullets riddled the laboratory, ruining absolutely everything within. Sparks flowed freely, even after the power was cut. The doctor covered their eyes with their forearm as they crouched down, switching one set of cover for another, the heels of their boots clicking against the polished surface of the floor. They pressed against the strut to the side of the airlock leading into the hallway, waiting for the gunfire to quiet down, holding the crucial data close to their chest.
"Hybex! I've got it!" They called out.
A hail of gunfire returned in a volley, forcing Catriona to press their back against the strut once more. Hybex's bullets tore holes into the necks and exposed light armor of the heavies. Screams choked by gas masks could be heard, before the distinct sound of a HUD flatlining pierced the air. The closest they got to Hybex was causing his jumpsuit to fray at the edges. He had opened fire too quickly for them to readjust their trajectory.
For a moment, silence filled the hall.

Once both the heavy units death-tones sung. Hybex lowered his rifles for a moment to let out a very long exhale and taking in a just as long inhale before responding back to Catriona."Hostile forces here are kaput. Should be able to move freely for a short time." Hybex then drops the two still smoking rifles heading over to the heavy units corpses.
It was a blood bath. There was viscera and large pooling blood puddles about the hall stretching all the way down to the corridor. Crimson arcs splattered all over the walls and even some dripping from the ceiling grille paneling. The beast was in no mood to play with these people and the asset was number one priority. With a slight grunt he hoisted up one of the heavy weapons in both hands giving it a half cock to check if one was in the chamber before donning their ammo rigs."Oi.. Come help clip me in." He had the ammo rig strapped on but couldn't reach the back half. to secure it to his soft-shell jumpsuit.

A pause. Catriona needed to catch their breath. The low light of the hallways were enough that their eyes were in constant flux, always having to readjust. They were called over, but even then, they need a second. Reaching down to their hip, they secured the hard-drive to their body with a strap. While surviving alive was a priority-- Without this data, Hybex's genetic code was as volatile as a melting down nuclear bomb.
It wouldn't take long at all for them to recover enough to step out into the hallway, before quickening the pace. Standing behind the man, almost tripping on a streak of blood, their brows furrowed. Swallowing hard, they let out a soft breath. They pulled one of the straps of ammunition down to where the man motioned. Their eyes twitched, as the lights began to strobe, "... Remind me to splice in night-vision if you don't get cancer from it."

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
"Right, Right, Night vision- lets save the ideas for when we are in the clear." Hybex grumbled out in response while making sure his new heavy squad rifle was ready for firing. Once it was locked and fully fed in with fresh ammunition he hugged the wall taking a peak into the T-Shaped corridor. "Whats the plan? Cause' sittin' around ain't the best of ideas."
As they stood idle the power continued to flicker. Soon more voices could be heard. Distant but there was quite a few. Seems like these PMC's didn't know when to quit. Or they just knew it would take a lot of poorly trained people to even stand a slight chance against Catriona's attack dog of a hired guard. The metal walls started to groan and creak. Hybex shifted his gaze to the ceiling. "They might be trying to destroy the place."

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Whatever the case, the two were stuck for the time being. Catriona's eyes glanced up at Hybex as he asked for direction. An audible pause was what he was treated to for a moment; time wasn't being wasted, but it sure as hell wasnt being used efficiently.
"If we can get to the hangar bay, we'll be able to get to our ship. Taking an escape pod out of here seems like a bad idea, considering..." Catriona's glowing green eyes fixed on the fresh corpses as though they were laser sights, trying to discern just who the fresh hell these people are, "... Well. We'd get intercepted too easily."
Turning their eyes back to the man, they simply roll their shoulders. Catriona was the spawn of wealthy merchants, not military tacticians. There was a distinct reason why Hybex was hired, "I don't know. Lead the way, you're the man with the gun-- All I know is what the security team told me before going dead on the line. Lightly armed and swarming, and now apparently... Ayrish? Some sort of human ethnicity I don't know about."

(logistics check 2d6= 6,6 = Critical success, Critical success.)(Firearms check 3d6= 6,4,4= Critical success, Success, Success)
Hybex grumbled to himself before giving another quick peak down both ends of the hallway. It seemed clear for now which was good. But he still didn't want Catriona in the middle of a firefight if one were to break out. So the big lug looks around the hall walls finding a maintenance hatch just large enough for a normal person to crawl through. "Get in there. Follow your way to the hangar bays. I will meet up with you."
He gave a thumbs up before moving into the left side of the T-shape corridor. Moving fast as he didn't want the other team to catch up with him. Passing up the life support rooms and the escape pod shuttles. All have been tampered with. He kept moving up till he got to the hangar platform doors. Before the guards could even look up from what they were fucking around with. Hybex let a belt of heavy lead down range at them. Every bullet eviscerated the first small patrol of guards the only thing that remained after the burst was a pair of legs sitting on its knees.
Hybex moved past them and opened the door, The ship was in sight now as another patrol appeared from another hydraulic controlled doorway. As soon as the door hissed open and Hybex had a clear view of what was on the other side. He lays down more fire. This time not letting go of the trigger. Running the gun till empty.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Catriona nodded. Clutching the hard drive to their hip, they settled with Hybex's plan rather smoothly. There were no fits about wanting to see the action, or trying to play the hero: Hybex had already tore his way through enough of these lemmings that Catriona simply had faith that all would go well, "Try not to bust the hull open. If everything depressurizes and I get stuck in this shaft for more than a day... I'll be a little cross with you."
Catriona disappeared down the maintenance shaft, and Hybex's carnage through the corridors began, sawing through bodies with bullets.
It was when he reached the hangar and opened fire that things got dicey. The moment his rounds drew clean lines into the air, raining lead in a veritable volley, he could see just how many were bunkered in here: Two dozen Ayrish terrorists, most of them already in cover, and one was loading himself into a makeshift exosuit.
The exosuit was behind the barricades. It was a modified lifter frame with steel playing haphazardly grafted to the outside and the lifting limbs of the thing were grafted onto two sets of LMGs that were now being aimed at Hybex. The confused shouting was a cue that despite his noise, he managed to break through fast enough that they couldn't prepare...
... Matter of fact, some scientists and security team members were still alive. Only a few managed to be executed, while the rest were zip-tied, their ID tags laying in front of them. These Ayrish were looking for something... Someone.

(Firearms check: 4d6= 6,6,4,5= Crit success, Crit success, Success, Success.)
Hybex quickly yanked the charging handle back and lifted the heavy machine guns top-cover up to swat the last piece of bullet link out. Within the blink of an eye he clasped another belt of ammo into the LMG he took from the heavily armored personnel from before. With his own tail he slapped the top-cover back down clicking it into place as one hand goes to rack the first round into the chamber.
Hybex quickly planted himself down. Making sure he was stabilized. Taking aim at the exo-suit now he let another drum dump into the hallway. At first the exo-suit was handling the rounds. But soon those pock marks became cracks then became holes. And inside became a deathtrap of ricocheting metal fragments blending up the pilot.
All that could be seen from inside the hall was the yellow beaming line of lead cutting through anyone who was standing up at the time. As well as their 'secret weapon' Eating so many rounds it eventually crumbles in on itself. dropping into a pile of scrap metal and blood."Come on Cat.. Come on.." Hybex groaned as he took cover behind a loader trolley. Looking at the high maintenance duct that over hung the ship.

(Fitness check: 1d6= 1= Crit failure.)
Catriona struggled in the maintenance shaft. Body struggling against the tight space and keeping up pace, it was nearly impossible for them to even keep up anything other than a walk. Each groan of the ship made the tunnels warp slightly, making their footing unsteady. Panic was surging through their veins the moment that they kept following the orange line marked 'HANGAR' on the wall. It seemed to go on forever, that was until they reached an hydraulic doorway. Eyes widening, their hands reach out to grasp it in the darkness, and as it opened...
... Hybex could see the door on the far western side of the hangar open. A yelp escapes a familiar voice's lips as a body comes tumbling out. Blood leaking from the head, they tried to crawl away, until a woman exited the hallway from whence they came, and lined her pistol up to the back of their head, using her foot to keep the body steady.
(Firearms check: 3d6: 1,3,5= Crit failure, failure, success.)
The sound of a gun jamming was the first thing that Hybex could hear. An assault rifle was being aimed over the barricade. The shaking hand was jamming the trigger over and over, as metal grinded against metal. The rest opened fire, not taking their heads up above cover, trying to blind-fire in the vague direction of Hybex. Despite him being such a massive target... The worst that happened was a bullet whizzed past his ear, singing his jumpsuit. At this point, it would be glaringly obvious the sheer difference in reflexes he had now than before the treatment.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
(Fitness check: 3d6: 4,5,5= Success, success,success= Success)
Hybex hefted the LMG he had up and got ready. Once he reloaded the last drum belt up. He charged the door flanking from the left side. As all the bullets whined past him he continued forward. His speed was almost godlike. Getting close to the hall the enemies were in he face checked the hall. Getting into stance.
(firearms check: 4d6: 4,5,5,6= Success, success, success, Critical success. = success)
Hybex was well within prime range for precisely picking friend from foe. Several quick bursts could be heard echoing into the barricaded hallway. Through their barricades. The terrorist team was being torn to shreds. And they weren't even visible. Each burst rattling through the barricades hitting each enemy with a three round burst, Before they knew it. A lot of what remained dropped like sacks of potatoes.
Distant quickening footsteps were heard from behind Catriona's hallway. Seems like the massive firefight going on was leading the strays into the battle for one last potential hurrah. As they too were about to become meat for the grinder. No one was safe when Hybex was like this. If it posed a threat. He had them before they could even flinch.

(Defense check: 4d6: 2,2,2,5= failure, failure, failure, success.)
As the woman was opened up like a stack of fireworks being lit on fire, Catriona managed to roll along the wall, putting a mere meter between them and the corridor. Eyes dazed and confused, they leaned against the wall, unable to move from the mixture of the sound deafening them, and the wound on their forehead from being pistolwhipped. Their labcoat was now dyed a brillaint shade of crimson, the hydrophobic material making it smear against the wall and floor as they try to backpedal further away from the wall, moving mere inches at a time.
(Firearms check: 4d6: 2,6,1,5= Failure, Crit successs, Crit failure, Success: Success)
As the final body from behind the barricades dropped, gunfire opened from the gaping maw of the corridor. Belting out towards the direction of gunfire, it seemed that this team was more competent at wielding these crummy firearms, bullets slamming against Hybex's flesh, pushing him back slightly. At first... It was almost as though death had signed a warrant on him, as for any time before this, he would've had his innards riddled, but now... He could only feel bruises from what bullets did actually hit him. While he was bleeding, it did not pierce far into the skin.
Peeling the corner, seven men and women burst from the corridor, completely overlooking Catriona, fingers squeezing within the trigger-guard... They're about to start another barrage of firing. But they're not fast enough, at least not fast enough to deal with something so augmented.

Hybex's eyes trained on where the new threat was coming from. Coming out of cover for a second time after just taken hits was ludicrous for a normal person but Hybex was unstable and now with fresh wounds. It only made that adrenaline surge faster throughout his system. His body shifted forward. At first running then giving it a hail Mary before the first of the aggressors was picked up from the ground. Hybex Ripping their head from their neck and tossing it at another combatant while he moved from target to target. Tail whipping another into the wall paneling hard enough to leave a massive dent in the metal reinforcements.
By the time the four others trained their guns on him he was within arms length. Quickly he picked up the farthest from the group and threw them into the three others. Before the one that was thrown could regain themselves Hybex was already giving them the curb stomp. Shattering their skull against the grille floor. Hybex's mind was purely animalistic at this moment. He was seeing red and his body was over adapting to the new treatments.

Re: [HYBEX] Proof of Concept
Hybex became grainy, the color was washed from him. Slowly, panning back, it was revealed that he was being watched on a screen. The timestamp on the upper right read a date that was two days in the past.
"A dozen scientists, and five security officers." A feminine voice said, pushing forward a manilla envelope over a desk. Glowing green eyes stared out through the absurdly dim lighting, across it, towards the man that was sat watching the feed. His back was turned to the figure, smoking a cigar and drinking whisky, "We protected your assets, and your security force was ill prepared for a raid-- Something our contract begged to differ."
The man did not turn in his chair. He was neither repentant or repulsed by what was on offer. The screen reflected in unseen eyes, as he watched Hybex tear someone's head from his shoulders with brutal ease.
"Yes, yes. We'll record the tank as missing, and report to our insurers that most of the equipment was damaged beyond repair." He took a drag on his cigar, letting the choking smoke billow in the air. His chair did not turn, however, before he simply continued, "We won't be doing business again. I expect you to have your shares sold by the end of the quarter."
A smile crossed darkly shadowed lips, before a nod was given, "Of course."
MISSION END SUMMARY:
SURVIVORS SAVED: +2 EXP
HOSTILES NEUTRALIZED: +3 EXP
MISSION ASSET (CATRIONA) DAMAGED: +0 EXP
MISSION ASSET (GENETIC DATA) RECOVERED: Negative effects of hastened splice has been lessened. Hybex's lifespan remains at approximate 80yrs with a negligible margin of genetic corruption.
